United Way recently celebrated the ribbon-cutting and open house of its newly renovated conference room, now known as the Uhler Vertich Conference Center. This enhanced community space was made possible through the extraordinary generosity of longtime supporters and Uhler Vertich White Advisors Co-Founders, Tom Uhler and Corey Vertich. Uhler Vertich White Advisors staff, clients, family members, along with United Way board members and community partners, gathered to recognize Tom and Corey for their leadership and commitment.
As dedicated champions of United Way and committed advocates for Southwest Florida’s nonprofit sector, Uhler and Vertich helped transform the organization’s conference space into a modern, highly adaptable meeting facility designed to strengthen collaboration across the community.
The renovated space now serves as a large, flexible room that can be divided into two fully soundproof meeting areas, allowing multiple groups to gather simultaneously. Each room is equipped with a full suite of modern communication and presentation technology, making it ideal for board meetings, trainings, workshops and collaborative planning sessions.
True to their shared commitment to accessibility and collective impact, the facility is available at no cost to United Way affiliates and other nonprofit organizations upon request. By investing in this shared space, Uhler and Vertich have helped expand opportunities for organizations working to improve lives throughout Southwest Florida.
The celebration marked not just the unveiling of a renovated space, but the power of local leadership and philanthropy to strengthen the nonprofit community and expand opportunities across the region.
